We fully understand your concerns. It is completely normal to want reassurance before placing an order online.

First of all, we accept payments via PayPal, one of the most secure and recognized payment methods in the world.

The process is simple: we only receive the money once you have received your order. We are also required to provide your package's tracking number to PayPal, which allows PayPal to track the delivery of your order.

This means that if we do not deliver your order, we do not receive your money. There is therefore no incentive for us not to ship your order.

You can also do your own research on PayPal to verify for yourself the level of security and protection offered by their payment system.

Next, Kits Junction has been around since 2024. We have been serving our customers and developing our shop for several years now. If our business were based on a scam, we simply would not have been able to continue operating for so long.

You can also check our customer reviews on our official Snapchat and TikTok accounts, where we share and store our customers' feedback.

Why do some people say they never received their package?

Unfortunately, some people may come across fake links or fake websites that claim to be Kits Junction.

They then place orders on these fraudulent sites, never receive their package, and then mistakenly believe they ordered from us. This is precisely why some people may claim they never received their order.

We therefore recommend that you always carefully check the site on which you are placing your order.
