How long will it take to ship to Europe?

Processing time:

• Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping time:

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order. Please note that custom jerseys cannot be returned.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must have all original tags attached.
• Return request must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.

How to return an item:

1. Contact our customer service at [kitsjunction@gmail.com] to initiate a return. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and materials. Indicate the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.

Je voudrais avoir des informations concernant ma commande du 10/09/2025 (n° #3713).
Sur le site, elle apparaît toujours comme non traitée.
Il est indiqué que le traitement prend 7 jours et la livraison 15 jours, mais ces délais semblent dépassés.

j ai fais une commande le 13 août trèa attendue par mon fils et toujours rien reçu j ai demandé le remboursement intégral à paypal qui eux ont fait le nécessaire et j ai été remboursée merci à eux car eux ils m ont répondu pas comme ce service client inexistant!!!!

Meme moi Lucia j attend ma commande depuis début septembre..j ai envoyé plusieurs mail aucune réponse de leur part..le seul moyen c'est d écrire par mail mes ils répondent pas..j esseye de trouvé une solution pour qu'il me rembourse..avec PayPal tu peux te faire remboursé j esseye de trouvé comment faire
